fabulous family holiday
separate bedrooms red rose hotel bus
i appreciated the separate bedrooms in room 10 it was immaculate upon arrival. the staff gave all the ladys a real red rose when we went for dinner on valentines day. i noticed the restaurant was decorated with red heart balloons which was a lovely touch. the bus to siam park and beach everyday from the hotel was also a great help.

the hotel is close enough to the beach approximately a mile walk i noticed. a complimentary shuttle service to the beach and water park is a great advantage. the service ensures convenient and free transportation.

staff members were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i observed that every staff member seemed dedicated to providing excellent service. the reception was efficient when we arrived late at night.

the hotel has a big range of choices for breakfast lunch and dinners. i saw that the restaurant also had a lovely range of views from the balcony. there are games in the pool daily and a foam party happens on wednesdays.

a stay with some issues
soggy chips dry burgers
I found the food selection and quality disappointing. dinner was tough, especially with picky eaters. a dedicated kids' section was missing, replaced by cava bottles. the snack bar food was poor. Soggy chips and dry burgers were the norm i found this to be very frustrating overall.

this resort is beautiful. the staff is so friendly and helpful. they work hard to keep everything working smoothly. the food selection was amazing. i loved the variety every day with staple foods always available. fresh cooked meats and fish were delicious. the pools were amazing, and getting a sun lounger was easy.

The food was definitely subpar. I've had better meals at roadside diners. the selection was limited, and what was there often tasted bland. plus, the dining area felt way too cramped. it seemed impossible to navigate without bumping into other guests, made meal times stressful, not relaxing

Excellent week
clean room super clean area
I stayed at the hotel in April. I booked all inclusive. The week was excellent and I wished I could have stayed longer. The room was clean and the whole area was super clean.
The hotel is a little off the beaten track. It is about a 40 minute walk into town. The hill on the way back up can be a killer (a taxi ride is necessary).

The hotel is located away from the immediate bustle. This creates a calm environment, but is still accessible. The hotel is not far from shopping areas and main attractions.
